  • On the home page, look for the link that says "CEN RRC-01/2019 Level-1 Posts" or "RRC-01/2019 Level-1 Posts" or something similar.



  • Click on the link and you will be redirected to a new page where you will see various notices and updates related to the exam.



  • Find the link that says "Click here to download e-call letter" or "Link to download city slips/e-call letter" or something similar.



  • Click on the link and you will be asked to enter your registration number and password (date of birth).



  • Enter your details correctly and click on "Login".



  • You will see your admit card on the screen. Check all the details carefully and make sure they are correct.



  • Download your admit card and take a printout of it. Keep it safe until the end of the recruitment process.



How to check application status and exam city intimation slip




Before downloading your admit card, you should also check your application status and exam city intimation slip. These are also available on the official website of your RRB/RRC. Here are the steps to check them:


  • Visit the official website of your RRB/RRC and click on the link for RRC 01/2019 exam.



  • Find the link that says "Click here to view application status" or "Application status link" or something similar.



  • Click on the link and enter your registration number and date of birth.



  • Click on "Login" and you will see your application status on the screen. It will show whether your application is accepted or rejected.



  • If your application is accepted, you will also see a link to download your exam city intimation slip. This slip will show you the exam city, date, and shift assigned to you.

The CBT will be of 90 minutes duration (120 minutes for PwBD candidates). There will be negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer. The minimum qualifying marks for the CBT are as follows:

The candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET will consist of two tasks: running and lifting and carrying weight. The criteria for the PET are as follows:

Documents Required for RRC 01/2019 Exam




Apart from the admit card, you also need to carry some other documents with you to the exam center. These documents are required for verification of your identity and eligibility. The list of documents that you need to carry are as follows:


  • A valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.



  • A color photograph (35 mm x 45 mm) same as uploaded in the online application form.



  • A self-declaration form (Annexure-VI) duly filled and signed by the candidate. This form will be available on the official website along with the admit card.



  • A medical certificate (Annexure-VII) for PwBD candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent medical authority as per the prescribed format.



  • A caste certificate (Annexure-VIII) for SC/ST candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • An income and asset certificate (Annexure-IX) for EWS candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • A non-creamy layer certificate (Annexure-X) for OBC-NCL candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • A minority community declaration (Annexure-XI) for minority community candidates. This declaration should be on a non-judicial stamp paper as per the prescribed format.



  • A domicile certificate (Annexure-XII) for Jammu and Kashmir candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • An ex-servicemen discharge certificate (Annexure-XIII) for ex-servicemen candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • A no objection certificate (Annexure-XIV) for serving employees or serving defence personnel candidates. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.



  • A decadal growth certificate (Annexure-XV) for candidates belonging to Assam state. This certificate should be issued by a competent authority as per the prescribed format.
